Administration Assistant Team Member
We are looking for someone to join our Administrative Support Team! This team member will be responsible for managing direct communications with our guests & developers (mostly via email), assigning tasks, data entry, and other clerical duties. This role is full time and will work closely with our Megan Milkovich and Chief Operating Officer as well provide additional support to the rest of our Leadership Team in various administrative aspects. This individual must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and all Google Workspace applications, be able to communicate effectively and responsibly with other Team Members, vendors, and partners, have the ability to problem solve and think critically, and show up to work each day with a positive and professional attitude.
SALARY
- Starting pay of $22/hour
SCHEDULE
- Wednesday through Sunday
- 12:30PM - 9:00PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the Company Email Inbox: Regularly check the company's external-facing email inboxes, ensuring that all incoming communications from guests, developers, and others are acknowledged and processed in a timely manner.
- Respond to Queries: Reply to guest and developer emails, answering their questions and concerns professionally, accurately, and courteously. Escalate issues to relevant departments or personnel when necessary.
- Guest Service: Uphold the company's reputation for excellent guest service by resolving guest inquiries promptly and efficiently. Be aware of and apply company policies, products, and services knowledge when assisting.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with internal teams (like Service, Activations, CARE, etc.) to streamline communication processes, resolve guest/developer issues, and ensure that information transmitted externally is accurate and consistent with company messaging.
- Process Improvement: Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures and apply improvements, ensuring to uphold and enhance the quality of the company's guest service and developer/partner relationships.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Gmail, Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is required.
- Incredibly strong attention to detail, proper email etiquette, and positive attitude is a must
- Data entry and CRM/database experience is an added bonus
- 1-3 years of previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous
