Monster Reservations Group is currently seeking passionate team members who enjoy a Fun, Energetic, and Fast Paced Work Environment to join our team! Do you enjoy building relationships, overcoming challenges, and the ability to grow with one of the premier marketing firms in the Vacation Ownership Industry? RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inbound/Outbound calls assisting guests with general questions and resolving issues
Assist guests with vacation planning, picking out destinations, and setting travel dates
Develop knowledge of domestic and international destinations
Pay: $17- $19/hr + Bonuses ($3.00 more per hour if you are fluent in English and Spanish)

Leadership experience, customer service, and sales skills experience is a plus!
