Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service to guests who are online shopping for our vacation packages through the use of online messaging
- Inform guests of current promotions
- Assist guests with vacation planning, choosing a destination, and setting travel dates
- Develop knowledge of domestic and international destinations
Min. Requirements
- Proficiency in typing
- Positive attitude
- Effective communication skills
- Upbeat and outgoing personality
- Great work ethic
- Reliability
- Ability to follow structured guidelines
- Leadership experience, customer service, and sales skills experience are a plus!
SALARY
- $15- $17/hr + bonuses
