Guest Service Initial Training Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Guest Service Initial Training Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in onboarding new team members and equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in our Guest Service Department.
Responsibilities
Introducing New Hires to Monster:
- Facilitating the seamless onboarding experience for our new team members, including the distribution, clarification, and documentation of new hire paperwork.
- Ensuring that our new hires gain a comprehensive understanding of Monster's mission and business model, aligning them with our company's vision.
Initial Training:
- Providing thorough training to new team members in essential scripts and processes, equipping them to confidently handle incoming phone calls.
- Conducting daily quizzes to assess knowledge retention and offering personalized coaching to support growth when needed.
- Preparing our talented team members for the next phase of their journey - Bootcamp - upon completing their initial training.
- Guiding new hires in navigating the diverse technological tools and systems crucial for their roles.
- Creating individual login credentials for new team members to access Five9 and Monster Weeks platforms.
Other Responsibilities:
- Creating and sending the weekly Service Newsletter.
- Keeping inventory and managing the grocery order and budget ($750/week) for the Service team. Three orders a week.
Requirements
- Experience in the Guest Service Department
- Experience in a training role previously is a bonus
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- A positive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to assist in a variety of tasks as needed.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm. Will change to 8:00am-4:00pm in 2024.
