What You'll Do

Foster a positive, supportive, and motivated team environment.
Conduct daily check-ins and one-on-one coaching sessions focused on key performance metrics such as handle time, CTT, and JPP.
Lead pre-shift meetings and training sessions to prepare the team for the day and reinforce best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies, including attendance, production standards, and professional conduct.
Manage administrative responsibilities such as conducting interviews, overseeing payroll, and handling related team operations.
Assist in driving production towards our company goals.
