Tech Support/Dialer Management Specialist
We are looking for a skilled Tech Support/Dialer Management Specialist to join our TED team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our lead management systems & dialers, ensuring that all leads are properly recorded and assigned to the appropriate team members. You will also be the work with our team members to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the software/hardware we use and ensure that our system is optimized to provide accurate data and analytics. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring lead quality, developing and implementing lead management strategies, and providing regular reports to the management team.
SALARY
- Starting pay of $25/hr
SCHEDULE
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee the lead management system, ensuring that all leads are properly recorded and assigned to the appropriate team members.
- Monitor lead quality and develop and implement lead management strategies to ensure high-quality leads are generated.
- Handle technology asset inventory - process returns, assign new equipment, etc.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on lead generation and lead management metrics.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.
- Manage Log-ins to all internal softwares and assign/revoke accounts based on management request
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of data privacy and protection regulations.
