TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This offer provides studio, one (1) bedroom, and two (2) bedroom accommodations with varying occupancy limits. This offer requires a non-refundable payment for the cleaning & processing fee for a minimum of seven (7) nights upon making a reservation. Payment can be made by using a credit or debit card. Resort fees & taxes are not collected until arrival along with any incidentals. For information regarding destinations and availability please call 844-648-0124 Mon-Sat 9am-9pm and Sun 9am-7pm EST. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
- This offer is valid for 18 months from the date of activation. All travel must be booked within that time, but can be used later than the 18 month window.
- You must be 21 years of age to travel.
- All room accommodations are subject to the availability of Monster Reservations Group allotments.
- In order to activate your trip, please fill out the “Activate My Trip” form, and pay the $49 activation fee. Once completed, a team member will contact you to discuss your vacation options or you are able to call 844-648-0124 Mon-Sat 9am-9pm and Sun 9am-7pm EST to book your trip.
- The price of each domestic and international resort developer week does not exceed $349, which includes the cleaning and service fee. We have thousands of available weeks, unit types and destinations for your enjoyment. Premium weeks which are owned by individuals and not the resort, have floating rates and vary by destination, season, and unit type.
- No changes are permitted once reservations are confirmed and there are no refunds once travel is booked.
- Monster Reservations Group is not responsible for any act of God, or any other circumstances beyond its control. Monster Reservations Group reserves the right to substitute the component of the offered vacation and vary the itinerary should circumstances so require locations subject to change at any time if acceptable to the purchaser. Dates that include holidays have limited availability.
- This vacation offer is not valid where prohibited by law, may not be used in conjunction with or in place of any other vacation or promotional offer, is invalid for use by distributing agents and their employees, and is not valid for meetings, conventions, or group travel. This offer is presented as an incentive gift and may not be sold directly to the public or end-user and is invalid if purchased, bartered, or auctioned, or not acquired from an authorized sponsor. The approximate maximum retail value, depending on the time of year and destination is $2,000 – $3,500. This is an offer to sell travel.
- The terms of travel offer cannot be altered or amended except with the express written consent of an authorized officer of Monster Reservations Group.
- No person has the right to alter, amend, or add charges to which the purchaser may be subject to the Terms and Conditions under which charges are imposed.
- Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the law of the State of South Carolina, in which state it has been negotiated, executed, and delivered. Any and all disputes arising out of this agreement or transaction shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the country or circuit court in and for Horry County, South Carolina.
