Compensation starts at $50,000 annually, with the potential for higher compensation based on previous experience and qualifications!
SALARY
- $50,000 - 80,000 per year
SCHEDULE
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and team member relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee team member onboarding and develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Handle team member data and HR records management
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be local to Myrtle Beach, SC; remote work not available for this position
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven experience in Human Resources
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Strong understanding of labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with team members at all levels
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
