At Monster Reservations Group our team of Guest Service Confirmations Specialists reach out to confirm the guests’ travel. We reach out to guests who have already purchased a vacation package through our company, set their travel dates through our company, and are a couple weeks away from their arrival date. It is our role to confirm the guest is still planning on traveling and getting excited for their vacation, go over any information the guest may need, and double check all the information on our end, to ensure the guest has a smooth check in when they arrive. Maintaining a friendly and upbeat attitude, regardless of the circumstances, is a must!
SALARY
- $17- $19/hr + bonuses
Responsibilities
- Reach out to guests a couple of weeks before they arrive on vacation to confirm their vacation destination and travel dates
- Provide excellent guest service
- Make calls to guests and being very detail oriented
- Answer any questions the guest may have
- Communication with fellow team members
- Having fun while making money and helping people create memories
Min. Requirements
- Proficiency in typing
- Positive attitude
- Effective communication skills
- Upbeat and outgoing personality
- Great work ethic
- Reliability
- Ability to follow structured guidelines
- Leadership experience, customer service, and sales skills experience are a plus!
